    I have been doing this series since March. i did each video for 3-4 weeks. I have lost almost 25 lbs! ❤ also watching how much i eat, just really paying attention to portions. This is my 3rd week on #10. What workouts should i do after this? I wish i would have messured myself to see how many inches i have lost cause i know it's a good amount! I appreciate these videos!

Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After that, you can add in this series! It’s a little more advanced. If you’re looking for a guided schedule, I have my RUclips guides on my website!     Great workout! The muscles doesent have enough time to rest after the alternative sholders press to do imediatly sholders press and then push ups. I have been doing this workout so many time but still not be able to do this.

      You can, but I would encourage 1-2 rest days to help your abdominal muscles recover between workouts. I’d also suggest mixing up your workouts/exercises with some of my other postpartum Ab workouts! I have a whole playlist of them ❤

    I’m very early in my first pregnancy and I really want everything to go well. Going along with these stretches actually helps ease my mind and body, I have been doing them daily or twice daily for the past 4 days and intend to continue. I know it’s an older video but I appreciate it so much!

    I actually love this video! Now I don’t have children, but can I still do this for hormonal balance? I think taking it slow and steady helps me not put so much stress in my body. Ive noticed whenever I do weightlifting I do break out around my chin the next day? So this video definitely helped me take my time!

      Hi! You can begin as soon as you feel ready and as long as you are cleared for gentle movement by your medical provider. This program is very gentle and progresses as you get stronger, so it is perfect for easing into exercise again and will help you heal and regain strength as you recover from your C-section. 💗

      You can reduce the range of motion or avoid altogether. Sometimes even good exercises are not beneficial if you can’t manage core pressure. ❤

    Hi Lauren, I had 2 babies back to back, I want to get rid of my mommy pooch and also strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles. What videos should I start with?

    Had c- section 4 months ago, have tried a lot to lose weight but i’m failing to do so. Not even a 10 gms has moved from my weight. You look so fit and your core is well built too. Please help me out too

      Glad you’re here! It takes time to heal, but consistent scar massage, breath work and deep core exercises will help, along with good nutrition. I recommend doing my Postpartum Ab Program and C-section recovery plan. They are both on my playlists. ❤

    Love this!! A good challenge, definitely sweating! A good step up from the other videos I’ve been doing. Felt ready for this from the other beginner video I’ve been doing for a few weeks. My favorite part, I see results!!! 😮😊
